乌司他丁对兔非通气侧肺功能的保护作用

【摘要】 目的:探讨乌司他丁对兔非通气侧肺功能的保护作用。方法:将30只家兔随机平分为对照组(A组),肺损伤对照组(B组)和乌司他丁治疗组(C组),B组和C组形成急性肺损伤模型,其中,B组采取生理盐水进行静脉滴注,C组采取10000单位/Kg的乌司他丁进行静脉滴注,手术中观察动物的基础值,记录相关数值并取肺楔形病理切片。结果:(P<0.05)B组的肺体质量比值以及肺水含量均明显高于A组和C组,(P>0.05)A组与C组数据差异无统计学意义。与A组比较,B组动物在创伤后30分钟PaO2明显降低,(P<0.05)两组数据差异具有统计学意义,并在4h内维持在较低水平。而C组动物的PaO2水平于30分钟先降低,2h后明显升高,(P<0.05)两组数据差异具有统计学意义。结论:乌司他丁能够改善术中单肺通气的血气指标,对其肺功能有一定的保护作用,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the protective effect of ulinastatin for rabbit non-ventilated lung function. Methods: 30 rabbits were randomly equally divided into control group(A), lung injury control group(B group) and UTI treatment group(C group), B and C group were form of acute lung injury model, B group were given by ear vein saline infusion, C group were given by the ear vein to give UTI infusion(10,000 units /Kg), recorded the basis for animal values and the relevant recorded values of lung wedge biopsy. Results: After observation, B group 4 hours after traumatic injury of lung body weight ratio and lung water content compared with group A and group C were significantly higher(P<0.05), Group A and group C showed no significant difference(P>0.05). A group, B group animals 30 minutes after trauma, PaO2 was significantly lower(P<0.05), and continued to maintain a low level in 4h. And B group, C group were lower PaO2 first 30 minutes, 2h after the last was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: UTI can improve intraoperative one-lung ventilation of blood gas, it has a protective effect on lung function, should be widely applied.
