【摘要】 目的:探讨胆囊结石患者术前MRCP检查的必要性。方法:回顾分析83例无明显胆总管结石高危因素的胆囊结石患者行LC术前的常规彩超、MRCP检查结果和手术结果确认比较。结果:83例无胆总管结石高危因素的患者经MRCP检查出胆总管结石5例,术中胆道探查阳性率100%,无手术并发症。结论:对于无胆总管结石高危因素的胆囊结石患者术前常规行MRCP检查是必要的,可以及时发现隐匿性胆总管结石,减少胆总管结石的漏诊,同时也将减少胆道损伤的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the value of MRCP examination before laparoscpic cholecystectomy(LC) of patients who had cholecystolithiasis. Methods: Retrospective analysis 83 cholecystolithiasis cases who had no high risk factor of choledocholithiasis, we used ultrasound and MRCP as a routine examination for all cases before LC and contrasted with the operation results. Results: 5 choledocholithiasis cases had been found from the 83 cholecystolithiasis cases who had no high risk factor of choledocholith, the positive rate of intra-operative exploration for bile common duct was 100%, and no complication of the operation. Conclussion: It is too necessary to use MRCP examination before LC of patients who had cholecystolithiasisy, which can reduce misdiagnosis of choledocholithiasis, and reduce the complication of the operation.更多还原
