【摘要】 目的:探讨在影响静脉采集检验结果准确性的相关因素,进而提出相应的对策。方法:对我院2010年6月至2011年1月期间收集的1328份及2011年3月至2011年9月间实施相应的控制措施后的1500份血液标本进行分析,比较实施控制措施前后不合格血液标本发生情况。结果:实施措施前,1328份血液标本中,不合格标本40份(3.01%);实施措施后,1500份血液标本中有10例(0.67%)不合格血液标本,实施措放前后不合格血液标本发生率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:分析静脉采血影响检验结果的相关因素,采取有针对性的对防范对策,保证送检标本的真实性和可靠性,对提高检验结果的准确性具有重大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate in vein harvesting the accuracy of the test results, and then propose appropriate countermeasures. Methods: Analysis of 1328 blood samples collected during June 2010 to January 2011 and 1500 blood specimens substandard situation in the period from March 2011 to September 2011 in our hospital. The of substandard blood samples before and after the occurrence of appropriate control measures implemented, and the implementation of control measures for comparison. Results: Implementing measures before the 1328 blood specimens failed specimens 40(3.01%). After the implementation of the measures, and 10 cases(0.67%) failed the blood samples, the implementation of the measures put before and after the the unqualified blood specimens incidence significantly different(P<0.05).
