【摘要】 目的:探讨治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症(BPH)患者尿动力学检查的意义。方法:对160例高龄高危BPH患者进行尿动力学检查后选择恰当的治疗方式,对治疗后病人情况进行分析。结果:通过尿动力学检查后选择治疗方案后,明确诊断膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)选择手术治疗的与治疗前相比,QOL、IPSS评分显著性降低;尿动力学各项观察指标显著改善;对逼尿肌无力,高顺应性膀胱、膀胱感觉减退选择保守治疗(留置导尿或单纯膀胱造瘘)的病人生活质量明显改善。结论:通过尿动力学检查能正确判断患者的BOO和膀胱逼尿肌功能,做出BPH的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the urodynamic senior citizens at high risk of prostate hyperplasia treatment in the application of the effect. Methods: 160 patients with BPH underwent the urodynamics, all were controlled by symptomatic treatment.and contrast clinical effect. examine.
