【摘要】 目的:收集射频消融术在老年阵发性室上性心动过速中的治疗信息,分析影响射频消融术治疗的关键因素。方法:收集我院收治老年阵发性室上性心动过速92例,其中男33例,女59例;平均年龄(74.5±10.3)岁,根据患者的不同病情采用射频消融术治疗,收集患者治疗信息。结果:92例老年阵发性室上性心动过速患者手术即时成功89例,成功率为96.7%,术后复发3例,总复发率3.4%。92例PSVT患者出现手术并发症2例(2.2%),其中1例为股动脉穿刺部位血肿形成,1例出现2度Ⅱ型房室传导阻滞。结论:射频消融是大部分快速性心律失常的首要方法,其具有简捷、安全和有效的特点,通过进一步改善处理术中出现的特殊电生理现象、捕捉发作时体表ECG可进一步其治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Collect radiofrequency ablation in elderly paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in the treatment of information,analysis,impact radiofrequency ablation of key factors.Methods: Elderly our hospital paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in 92 patients,including 33 males,59 females; mean age(74.5±10.3) years,according to the patient different treatments radiofrequency ablation,patients were collected treatment information.Results:92 cases of elderly patients with paroxysmal room sex on the room tachycardia surgery,89 cases of instant success,the success rate was 96.7%,3 cases of postoperative recurrence,overall recurrence rate of 3.4%.92 PSVT patients in surgical complications in 2 cases(2.2%),including 1 case of femoral arterial puncture,hematoma,1 case appeared Ⅱ type 2 degree atrioventricular block.conclusion: the radiofrequency ablation is the most principal method of arrhythmia,it has the characteristics of simple,safe and effective,by further improvement in the processing technique of special electrical physiological phenomena,capture attacks body surface ECG更多还原
