【摘要】 目的:调查医院抗菌药使用干预效果。方法:对2011年1月~2012年12月抗菌药使用使用强度、抗菌药使用金额、住院患者抗菌药使用率等,进行纵向分析。结果:通过药抗菌药专项整治活动,2011年8月起住院抗菌药使用率、Ⅰ类切口预防用药比例、抗菌药使用强度,抗菌药使用金额占医院用药金额比等出现明显拐点,各项指标呈下降趋势;在抗菌药使用减少,手术切口及院感感染率无明显差别(P>0.05),抗菌药使用趋势更加合理规范,在抗菌药专项整治持续实施过程中,抗菌药专项管理措施安全有效。结论:经过抗菌药专项整治工作,医院住院患者抗菌药使用率、使用强度、Ⅰ类切口预防用药比例均达到卫生部要求,促进了医院临床抗菌药使用更加合理规范,取得明显成效,但在抗菌药物选择上还存个别选择不当,及住院抗菌药的使用率、使用强度个别时间过高,还须进一步加强管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of clinical application of antibiotic drugs.Methods:The intensity,amount,drugs use frequency were analyzed longitudinally during the period from 2011,1 to 2012,12.Results:Through the special rectification activities,since 2011,8,the utilization rate,preventive use for class 1 incision,the amount and the intensity of the inpatients antibiotic drugs usage had changed obviously,all the indicators appeared downward trend.Though the use of antibiotic drugs reduced,the incision and hospital infection had no significant difference(P>0.05).In the course of the special rectification,the usage of antibiotic drugs is more reasonable.Conclusion:After the rectification,the utilization rate,intensity,preventive use for class 1 incision of antibiotic drugs reached the request of the Ministry of Health,promoted the rational use of antibiotic drugs.But the choice and the intensity of the drugs need to be further strengthened.更多还原
