【摘要】 目的:探讨早期综合康复治疗在颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果。方法:将我院70例颅脑损伤患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上采用促醒治疗、神经肌肉电刺激、针灸等综合康复治疗方法,比较两组患者的清醒时间、神经功能、生活能力改善及预后。结果:观察组的清醒时间显著短于对照组,并发症显著少于对照组,GOS优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的神经功能、日常生活能力改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复治疗能够显著促进颅脑损伤患者的神经功能和生活能力康复,改善患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on function recovery of traumatic brain injury.Methods: 70 cases of patients with craniocerebral injury were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given routine rehabilitation training,the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,such as resuscitating therapy,neuromuscular electrical stimulation,acupuncture on the basis of the control group,two groups were compared with awake time,the improvement of neurological function,life ability and prognosis.Results: Awake time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the excellent and good rate of GOS was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of neurological function and life ability were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly promote neurological function and life ability in patients with the craniocerebral injury,it can be awesome rehabilitation,improve the prognosis of the patients.更多还原
