【摘要】 目的:探讨双侧侧脑室前角软通道置管引流联合尿激酶治疗高血压丘脑出血破入脑室患者的临床疗效。方法:我院收治的80例高血压丘脑出血患者的临床资料,其中,观察组40例患者采用双侧侧脑室前角软通道置管引流联合尿激酶治疗,对照组40例采用单侧侧脑室前角软通道置管引流联合尿激酶治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的第3、4脑室通畅时间和拔出引流管时间明显低于对照组患者,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,且差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的ADL评分的效果良好百分率明显高于对照组,且差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双侧侧脑室前角软通道置管引流联合尿激酶治疗高血压丘脑出血破入脑室具有十分显著的疗效,值得临床广泛推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of bilateral lateral ventricle angle soft channel catheter drainage combined with urokinase to treat high blood pressure thalamic hemorrhage into the ventricle.Methods:80 patients with hypertension thalamic hemorrhage included observation group of 40 patients with bilateral lateral anterior horn soft channel catheter drainage combined with urokinase therapy and control group of 40 patients with unilateral lateral ventricle the anterior horn soft channel catheter drainage combined with urokinase therapy.Results:After treatment,the patients of the observation group 3,4 ventricle patency time and pull out the drainage tube was significantly shorter in the control group patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the observation group complications incidence significantly higher percentage of good results was significantly lower than the control group patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),ADL scores of patients in the observation group was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bilateral lateral ventricle angle soft channel catheter drainage combined with urokinase to treat high blood pressure thalamic hemorrhage into the ventricle has a very significant effect and it is worthy of extensive promotion and application of the treatment of hypertension.更多还原
