【摘要】 目的:探讨原发性胆汁反流性胃炎精神心理因素及黛立新的治疗效果。方法:将108例胆汁反流性胃炎随机分为二组。黛立新组给予黛立新片,早、中午各一片口服,多潘立酮组给予多潘立酮片10mg每日三次口服,两组均服用硫糖铝片1.0每日3次口服,治疗时间为6周.治疗前及治疗后均做汉密尔顿焦虑及抑郁分析,临床疗效和胃镜检查并量化进行问卷调查,并建立病人资料档案。结果:黛立新组对原发性胆汁反流性胃炎临床有效率,胃镜征象,精神心理评分值的下降均高于多潘立酮组(P<0.05)。结论:原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的发生多与精神心理有关,大多为焦虑/抑郁型。以焦虑为主,加用黛立新治疗并进行心理疏导效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Inquire into original biliary reflux gastritis being anti-mental factor and the treatment effect of Dai linxin.Methods: All of 108 patient is divided into two groups at random.One group are give the Dai lixin one tablet(Po,tid) with six weeks;Anther group are give the Duo panlitong one tablet(10mg,Po,tid) with six weeks;and two groups all take Liu tanglv one tablet,(Po,tid).All patients do Hamilton anxiety and depression analysis and both the quantity of clinical curative effect and stomach mirror check turn to carry on a questionnaire and build up a patient archives before and behind of treatment.Results: All with clinical efficient,Gastroscopy analysis and the descend of spirit mental grade point of original biliary reflux gastritis,Dai lixin group are high than Duo panlitong group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Original biliary reflux gastritis has relation with spirit mental state,and mostly for the anxiously/suppressed type.For the anxiously type,add to Dai lixin tabuletta and the guidance of mental state will play an important role in treatment.更多还原
