【摘要】 目的:探讨胃大部切除术后残胃贲门癌及食管癌手术方式的选择及患者的预后及生活质量改善情况。方法:选择我院1995年1月～2011年12月收治的32例胃大部切除术后残胃贲门癌或食管癌的患者,采用不同术式再行手术治疗。观察患者的手术疗效及患者的生活质量改善情况。结果:本组32例患者中无1例手术中死亡,3例手术后有颈部吻合口瘘发生,通过保守治疗全部愈合,治疗后患者的生活质量明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃大部切除术后残胃贲门癌或食管癌的患者根据个体差异,选择不同手术方式重建消化道临床效果满意,可以很好地改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the selection for residual gastric cardia and esophageal cancer surgical approaches after subtotal gastrectomy and the prognosis and the improving situation of the quality of life.Methods: 32 cases were chosen as the research object.They were taken with different technique and then underwent surgery.The patient’s surgical outcome and the improving situation of the quality of life were observed.Results: In the 32 patients,there were no operative deaths,the postoperative cervical anastomotic fistula was in three cases and they were all healed after conservative treatment,the quality of life of patients in the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment,difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The gastrectomy postoperative residual gastric cardia or esophageal cancer patients choose different surgical approaches based on individual differences,the clinical effect is satisfied.更多还原
