【摘要】 目的:研究保乳手术治疗女性乳腺癌的临床效果。方法:回顾分析2009年1月~2011年9月我院收治的50例早期乳腺癌患者,应用外科手术治疗结合术后放化疗的方法,随访并总结临床效果。结果:通过外科手术治愈患者其乳腺外形保持良好,并且均未出现乳腺癌局部复发的情况。结论:根据乳腺癌患者病情制定相应保乳手术方法,有利于治愈早期乳腺癌,并保持乳腺良好外观,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of breast conserving operation.Methods:Choose January 2009 to December 2011 50 cases of surgical treatment of early breast cancer patients is for the study,applying surgical postoperative.chemotherapy,followup of 1 to 2 years to observe the clinical efficacy.Results:All patients were partial or distant recurrence and metastasis,breast looked good.Conclusion:According to the patient’s condition,selecting strict indications,choosing surgery program and comprehensive treatment to treat breast cancer,effect is good.更多还原
