【摘要】 目的:探讨复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液(碧兰麻)在牙体牙髓病治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:将80例牙体牙髓病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用碧兰麻浸润麻醉,对照组采用利多卡因浸润麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:观察组麻醉完全率92.50%,对照组麻醉完全67.50%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗过程中,两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:碧兰麻用于口腔局部浸润麻醉,具有起效快、麻醉效果完全且不良反应轻微等优点,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the Primacaine in the treatment of dental pulp disease in clinical application.Methods: 80 cases of dental pulp disease patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with articaine infiltration anesthesia,the control group using lidocaine infiltration anesthesia,compared two groups of anesthetic effect.Results:The observation group anesthesia complete rate 92.50%,control group anesthesia completely in 67.50%,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.01),in the course of treatment,two groups had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Primacaine used for oral local anesthesia,has fast effect,complete anesthesia effect and adverse reactions are mild and other advantages,is worth the clinical promoted.更多还原
