【摘要】 目的:观察CAG方案治疗低增生性髓细胞白血病(AML)的临床疗效。方法:对31例低增生AML给予CAG方案诱导缓解化疗,观察其化疗相关毒性,监测中性粒细胞水平,并评估疗效。结果:31例患者中完全缓解17例,部分缓解7例,总有效率77%,未缓解7例。结论:CAG方案治疗低增生AML安全有效,中性粒细胞减少时间短,降低化疗相关死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinic effect of hypocellular acute myeloid leukemia(AML) patients with CAG regimen.Methods:31 cases with hypocellular acute myeloid leukemia(AML) were treated with CAG regimen.Results:There were 17 cases achieved Complete remission(CR);7cases partial remission(PR).The total effective rateWas 77%,inducing 7 cases of NR.Conclusion:CAG regimen has been proved to be effective In shortening the perind of neutropenia and decreasing the death rate related to chemotherapy,hence,a secure and effective therapy in treating hypocellular AML.更多还原
