【Abstract】 Establishing the knowledge system of the students and promoting their comprehensive ability are two major parts of talent training.In China,the training model for economic and management talent has been changed from the similarity to the innovation.To illustrate the effect of shaping students’ talent cultural core on their talent cultivation,this paper takes the cultural constructions of the students in the School of Economics and Managements of UESTC as an example,from the view of building students’ cultural core,to discuss the model of improving students’ capacities and qualities in cultivating the management talent.更多还原
