汽轮发电机转子通风道智能检验分析系统
The Intelligent System of Ventilation System Checking and Analysis for Turbogenerator Rotors
【摘要】 为了实现汽轮发电机转子通风道检验的智能化,论文中阐述了自动试验分析系统。系统利用传感器技术与计算机控制自动测试技术相结合完成汽轮发电机转子通风道风速的自动采集和处理,从而实现转子通风道检验和数据分析的自动化。实际试验应用表明,此系统自动化程度高,使用方便,完全满足试验标准的要求。
【Abstract】 To check the ventilation system of the turbo-generator rotors intelligently,the automation system of checking and analysis is developed.The system in which the transducer technology and autocontrol technology are used can acquire and process data of wind speed in the ventilation system of the turbo-generator rotors automatically;therefore,it implements automation of checking and analysis test data.The test results indicate that the system is high automatic,convenient and precise,and it meets the requirement of test standard.
