基于模糊技术的锅炉主汽温控制系统研究
The Control System Research of Boiler Main Stream Temperature Based on Fuzzy Technology
【摘要】 主汽温严重影响着电厂的安全性和经济性,而且它是一个大惯性、大迟延、时变的控制对象,传统PID控制系统往往不能获得理想的控制品质,提出了一种将串级PID控制系统与模糊技术相结合的控制方法。此方法利用模糊推理不断在线自整定PID控制器的三个参数,使控制系统获得良好的控制效果。仿真结果表明,该方法可有效的改善控制质量。
【Abstract】 Main steam temperature seriously affects the safety and economy of the power plant,and it is a time-varying controlled object with large inertia and large delay,but traditional control system with PID controller often cannot obtain idea the quality in the operation,it is a new control method presented in the paper.Which combines PID control system and fuzzy technology.This method modifies online three parameter of PID controller by fuzzy reasoning constantly,which makes the control system has good control effect.The simulation results show that,this method can effectively improve the control quality.
