低成本轻小型光纤陀螺惯性测量单元设计与实现

【摘要】 针对军用及民用惯性技术对光纤陀螺及其惯性组合低成本、轻小型化的需求,以三轴一体光纤陀螺和石英挠性加速度计为惯性敏感元件,设计并实现了光纤陀螺捷联式惯性测量单元。系统采用DSP+FPGA双微处理器结构实现数据高效采集、处理及输出。重点设计了三轴一体光纤陀螺组件、加速度计小型化数据采集电路、双微处理器设计等硬件结构及软件算法。样机测试结果表明:系统在动静态测量精度、体积、重量、实时性等方面达到了预期的设计目标。

【Abstract】 To meet the military and civilian demand of inertial technology based fiber optic gyro(FOG),this paper presents a design and realization method of Strapdown Inertial Measurement Unit(SIMU) using 3-axes integration fiber optic gyroscopes and the flexible quartz accelerometers.To meet the military and civilian demand of inertial technology based fiber optic gyro.The system uses DSP+FPGA dual microprocessor to carry out data efficient acquisition,digital signal processing and result output.The design of the 3-axes integration FOG,miniaturized data acquisition circuit,dual microprocessor and software is presented in detail.The use of three-axis turntable experimental test complete system offline calibration and incubator complete temperature compensation.The test results show that the design requirement is achieved.
