基于非晶硅面阵探测器的焊缝探伤系统软硬件开发

【摘要】 焊接构件质量监测的速度和质量严重影响着大型焊接工程的进度和最终的效果。研制了一种以平板感应器(FPD)为基础的数字化智能检查系统。介绍PaxScan平板感应器性能和成像过程,给出所设计的系统各主要组成部分及其主要功能。分析引起图形退化的原因,对平板感应器可能引起图形退化的噪声逐个进行校正。给出图形图像检测的主要模块,改进阈值的求取算法,该算法不受图形灰度线性平移变化的影响,自适应能力强。实验表明,成像质量达到相应的无损检测标准中的最高级别要求。软硬件配合完美,计算机能够自动完成常规缺陷的检测并生成质量判定报告,速度快,质量高。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the automatization and efficiency for welding quality testing,a nondestructive testing system for welding quality based on amorphous silicon flat-panel detector(FPD) is designed.Firstly,the imaging process and performance of PaxScan FPD is introduced,the main parts of the designed system and their main functions are given.The reasons which result in image degrading are analyzed and the calibration is made according to the noise which result in image degrading of detector.Finally,the main modules of the developed image testing software are introduced,and an algorithm to achieve optimal threshold is brought forward.The algorithm can not be effected by the linear translation changes of image gray and have strong self-adaptive ability.Experimental result show that the imaging quality can reach industrial superlative degree of level B,and the system can fulfill normal welding quality testing automatically or manually.
