新型旋转电磁热机换热算法和性能的研究

【摘要】 新型旋转电磁热机,基于传统电机温升与损耗的反问题,将输入的能量完全转化为热能,并对流经内部的水媒质有磁化功能。本文在分析电磁热机电磁场、温度场和流体场计算方法的基础上,提出了一种适用于分析电磁热机换热过程的耦合算法。在分析电磁热机换热过程中,提出了功率调整率的概念,用来评价电磁热机的换热性能。利用实际样机计算了流速和初始热功率变化对功率调整率的影响,研究了相关参数对功率调整率的影响,最后进行相关的实验研究。

【Abstract】 A novel rotating electromagnetic heating machine(EMHM) is presented based on the reverse problem of the temperature rise and loss in electrical machines. Its input energy is completely transferred into thermal powers, and furthermore, the water medium flowed through it is magnetized. A coupled algorithm applied to calculate the heat transfer process is presented, based on the analysis of calculation method of electromagnetic, temperature and fluid fields of EMHM. A concept of power regulation, which can evaluate the performance of the heat transfer, is presented in the analysis of heat transfer process. The effects of different flow rates and initial heat powers on power regulation are calculated by a prototype, and also the effects of relevant parameters on regulation. The experiment research was made.
