电磁混合式高铁供电系统负序优化补偿方法

【摘要】 由高速铁路牵引负荷不对称性所产生的负序电流,对发电、供电设备安全和可靠运行产生严重影响。本文在分析高铁供电系统负序产生机理和现有负序补偿方法的基础上,提出一种基于小容量的铁路功率调节器(RPC)和大容量的磁控静止无功补偿器(MSVC)的电磁混合式高铁无功和负序综合补偿系统(EHCS)。从理论上分别求出完全补偿无功、负序和满足无功、负序国家标准的优化补偿条件下,EHCS的最小安装容量及其最优协同策略。最后分别对EHCS进行完全补偿和优化补偿条件进行了仿真和实验分析,仿真及实验结果证明了本文所提方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Because of the three-phase unbalanced load in high-speed railway,the high-speed railway traction supply system will produce a fast-moving negative-sequence current at run time,which can flow into the power system and have a significant impact on the safety and reliability of the core apparatus in electrical power system.Based on the analysis of the induced mechanism and the existing compensation methods on negative-sequence current,a electromagnetic hybrid compensation system(EHCS) of three-phase unbalance and power factor for high-speed railway traction supply system based on small capacity railway static power conditioner(RPC) and high capacity magnetic static vary compensation(MSVC) was adopted.The optimal coordination strategy and the smallest install capacity of EHCS are separately proposed by theoretical analysis under the condition of the complete compensation and meeting the national standard requirement of reactive power and unbalance optimized compensation.Finally,the validity and correctness of the proposed method and analysis results are verified by simulation and experimental results in the complete and optimized compensation conditions.
