直接修复韧带治疗拇指掌指关节侧副韧带断裂的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的探讨普里灵缝线肌腱直接修复侧副韧带治疗拇指掌指关节侧副韧带断裂的疗效。方法 2007年11月-2013年3月,对26例拇指侧副韧带断裂的患者,术中予以3-0普里林线直接修复,术后石膏托屈拇指掌指关节15°固定3周,术后3、6个月检查拇指掌指关节侧方稳定性,采用Sactta标准评分。结果术后所有病例获得随访,随访时间为3~12个月,平均6个月,依照Scatta标准评价结果:3个月时单纯损伤者均可达到优、良标准,总的优良率达68%,术后6个月优良率达92%。外形与感觉等恢复满意。结论应用普里灵缝线直接修复侧副韧带操作简单、固定可靠,是治疗掌指关节侧副韧带断裂的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of directly repair of collateral ligament of metacarpophalangeal joints of thumb. Methods From November 2007 to March 2013, 26 cases with rupture of the collateral ligament of metacarpophalangeal joints of thumb were treated. We performed direct suture with 3-0 Proline, the thumb cast maintained metacarpophalangeal joint 15 ° in flexed position for 3 weeks. At 3 months, 6 months after surgery, lateral stability was checked, using the Sactta standard score. Results Following- up 3 months patients of the simple injury can all achieve excellent or good standard, which accounts for 68%. Following- up 6 months the rate was 92%. Conclusion Direct repair of collateral ligament of metacarpophalangeal joints of thumb for treating the ligament rupture has good clinical results.更多还原
