舒适护理在手术室护理中的应用及效果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨舒适护理在手术室护理工作中应用的具体措施和效果。方法将2011年10月-2012年4月300例手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各150例。试验组实施舒适护理,而对照组实施常规护理,并用自行设计的调查表分别调查手术患者和手术医生对手术室护理的满意度评分情况。结果试验组患者的满意度评分为(94.3±5.2)分,显著高于对照组的(83.5±4.3)分(P<0.05)。在医生满意度评分方面,试验组为(96.2±3.4)分,明显高于对照组的(83.2±5.1)分(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理工作中应用舒适护理效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the concrete measures and results of comfortable nursing about the application of the operation room nursing.Methods From October 2011 to April 2012,the department randomly divided 300 cases of surgery into experimental group and comparing group.Both of them were 150 cases. Experimental group used comfortable nursing, while comparing group carried out common nursing, and we made a survey with a self-designed questionnaire about whether the patients and the surgical doctors were satisfied with the nursing in the operating room.Results The patient’s satisfaction score in experimental group was(94.3±5.2), which was significantly higher than that of control group(83.5±4.3)(P < 0.05). In terms of doctors’ satisfaction score, experimental group(96.2±3.4), which was significantly higher than that of control group(83.2±5.1)(P < 0.05). Conclusion It is better to use comfortable nursing in the operating room nursing, and the results are satisfying.更多还原
