电子结肠镜检查术后腹平片诊断结肠冗长症

【摘要】 目的探讨电子结肠镜检查术后腹平片诊断结肠冗长症的意义。方法对有便秘史,电子结肠镜检查时发现结肠较长者,予术后拍腹部立位平片,符合结肠冗长症表现者38例予择期行钡灌肠检查,比较两种方法诊断结肠冗长症的意义。结果电子结肠镜检查术后腹平片符合结肠冗长症表现者38例钡灌肠检查均可诊断结肠冗长症,其中Ⅰ型23例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅲ型3例,两种方法有相同的诊断意义。结论电子结肠镜检查术后腹平片可以作为结肠冗长症的诊断手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the significance of the abdominal X-ray film on standing position after electronic colonoscopy diagnosed redundant colon.Methods For the patients with history of constipation,the ones with long colons were checked by the electronic colonoscopy and then abdominal X-ray film on standing position.According with redundant colon behaviors,barium enema was taken and compared with the above method in diagnosing the redundant colon.Results The ones in abdomen the abdominal X-ray film on standing position after electronic colonoscopy with redundant colon behaviors could also be checked by barium enema.The two methods had the same diagnosis meaning.Conclusion The abdominal X-ray film on standing position after electronic colonoscopy can be used in the diagnosis of redundant colon.更多还原
