MRA评价脑梗死患者颅内动脉的结构变化及诊断意义

【摘要】 目的探讨磁共振血管成像(Magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)在脑梗死患者颅内血管结构变化的诊断及意义。方法回顾性分析在深圳市人民医院确诊为脑梗死的63例患者的MRA影像学资料,并与数字减影血管造影(DSA)对照分析,观察颅内动脉的狭窄和闭塞与梗死灶的关系。结果颈内动脉系统梗死51例,椎-基底动脉系统梗死12例;动脉病变24例,其中大动脉狭窄15例,闭塞4例;小动脉狭窄7例;MRA对59例脑梗死患者的诊断与DSA相符,其诊断符合率为93.65%。结论 MRA在诊断脑梗死患者颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞方面安全可靠,对进一步指导治疗具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Structure change and significance of MRA in evaluate cerebral infarction patients with intracranial arteries.Methods The hospital were retrospectively analyzed in 63 cases diagnosed as cerebral infarction in patients with MRA imaging data,and compared with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) contrast analysis,observations of intracranial artery stenosis and occlusion relations with infarcts.Results Internal carotid artery infarction 51 cases of vertebral-basilar artery infarction in 12 cases; artery disease in 24 cases, the main artery stenosis in 15 cases, four cases of occlusion;small artery stenosis in 7 cases;MRA of 59 patients with cerebral infarction The diagnosis and DSA match, the diagnosis rate was 93.65%. Conclusion MRA in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction patients with intracranial artery stenosis or occlusion in safe and reliable,and treatment is of great importance for further guidance.更多还原
