缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的成本-效果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的成本和效果。方法选择2010年7月-2012年3月共78例门诊原发性高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机抽取方式分为两组,对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,实验组给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,对比两组的成本和效果。结果实验组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;不良反应比较无显著差异,P>0.05;实验组成本-效果数值显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压不但有较好的治疗效果且经济,普及性高,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the cost-effectiveness of valsartan combined amlodipine treatment of essential hypertension. Methods From July 2010 to March 2012,a total of 78 columns of outpatients with hypertension as the research object, according to randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given amlodipine treatment, the experimental group were given valsartan combined amlodipine treatment, the cost of the two groups were compared-effect. Results Joint group of patients with total efficiency higher than that in control group (P <0.05); adverse reactions was no significant difference, P> 0.05; The combined group of cost-effectiveness value is lower than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The combination of valsartan and amlodipine in treatment of essential hypertension not only has good treatment effect and economy, high universality, it is worthy of application.更多还原
