鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管治疗泪道阻塞的临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法对225眼泪道阻塞采用鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管治疗,观察其疗效,总结经验。结果随访3～36个月,225眼治愈197眼,治愈率87.56%,无效28眼,无效率12.44%。结论鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管治疗泪道阻塞有理想效果,可减少鼻腔泪囊吻合术的使用,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects on treating lacrimal duct obstruction diseases with retrograde spherical silicone intubation.Methods 225 patients diagnosed with lacrimal duct obstruction diseases were treated with retrograde spherical silicone intubation,to observe the therapeutic effect and summarize the lesson. Results Followed up 3～36 month, 197 recovered 87.56%, 28 invalid (12.44%). Conclusion Retrograde spherical silicone intubation has an ideal result for treating lacrimal duct obstruction diseases, and that can be reduce to use DCR.更多还原
