曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭的血浆脑钠肽和心功能影响

【摘要】 目的探讨曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平及心功能的影响。方法选取安徽省利辛县人民医院2009年3月～2012年3月100例慢性心力衰竭的患者,均在常规治疗基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察对比治疗前后患者血浆BNP水平和NYHA心功能分级、心电图评价心功能指标的变化。结果治疗后患者血浆BNP水平,心功能指标左心室射血分数、心脏指数、心搏出量、每搏输出量与治疗前相比均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论应用曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭效果明显,有利于病情转归。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of trimetazidine in chronic heart failure patients on plasma brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ) level and cardiac function in rats. Methods From March 2009 to March 2012 100 cases of chronic heart failure patients were chosen, the patients were given trimetazidine treatment on the basis of routine treatment, the level of plasma BNP and NYHA grade of heart function, ECG in the evaluation of cardiac function indexes were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the plasma BNP level in patients with heart function index, left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac index stroke volume, stroke volume compared with those before treatment were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of trimetazidine in treatment of chronic heart failure with obvious effect, is conducive to disease outcome.更多还原
