长时间引流并间断夹闭治疗脊柱术后脑脊液漏的疗效

【摘要】 目的分析对脊柱手术后脑脊液漏患者给予延长引流时间和间断夹闭引流管的效果。方法以2009年2月～2012年8月广饶县人民医院收治的脊柱手术后发生脑脊液漏患者48例为临床研究对象,随机将患者分为两组。对照组24例采用常规治疗,试验组24例延长引流时间并间断夹闭引流管,观察两组治疗效果。结果试验组患者脑脊液漏消失时间和患者切口愈合时间均较对照组快,无感染等并发症发生,并发症发生率低于对照组患者(均P<0.05)。结论延长引流时间并间断夹闭引流管治疗脊柱术后脑脊液漏的效果较好,能够使患者早期康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study to the effect of extending the drainage time and intermittent occlusion of the drainage tube in cerebrospinal fluid leakage after spinal surgery patients.Methods From February 2009 to August 2012,48 patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred for the clinical study,patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 29 patients were treated with conventional treatment,the experimental group of 29 cases were treated with extended drainage time and intermittent occlusion of the drainage tube,were observed therapeutic effect.Results Time of cerebrospinal fluid leakage disappeared,wound healing were shorter,the incidence rate of infections and other complications in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The extension of the drainage time and intermittent occlusion drainage tube treatment of spinal cerebrospinal fluid leakage better enables early rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
