老年慢性肺炎患者的影像诊断分析

【摘要】 目的研究分析老年慢性肺炎患者的影像学诊断价值,并总结老年慢性肺炎患者的X线和CT表现。方法对2009年1月～2012年9月收治的老年慢性肺炎患者58例临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均进行X线和CT检查,总结X线和CT结果的特点。结果 58例患者X线表现有局灶性病变,为不规则、类椭圆型,边界模糊不均,密度不均或均匀。CT有局灶病变,轮廓光整或不齐,边缘模糊或不清楚,病变密度低,其病变周边9例有毛玻璃晕环,15例有增粗血管影,19例局部胸膜肥厚。58例患者通过影像学诊断准确21例,与综合诊断结果比较,P<0.05。结论老年慢性肺炎患者的影像缺少特异性,CT联合X线诊断是一种较好的诊断手段,但仍需要医生结合其他方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value of imaging analysis of elderly patients with chronic pneumonia,and summarizes the performance of X-ray and CT findings of elderly patients with chronic pneumonia.Methods The retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 58 cases of elderly patients with chronic pneumonia patients from January 2009 to September 2012,all patients underwent a CT scan and X-ray examination,summarizes the characteristics of CT and X-ray.Results 58 patients with X-ray findings of focal lesions,irregular class of elliptic boundary blurring uneven,uneven density or uniform.CT focal lesion contour finishing or arrhythmia,the edge is fuzzy or unclear,low-density lesion,nine cases of the lesion surrounding ground glass halo,thickening of blood vessels shadow in 15 cases,19 cases of localized pleural thickening.58 patients through imaging diagnosis accurate 21 cases and comprehensive way to go segment results,P<0.05.Conclusion The image of the elderly patients with chronic pneumonia lack specificity,CT combined with X-ray diagnosis is a good diagnostic tool,but still need doctors in conjunction with other methods.更多还原
