微血管减压术和药物治疗三叉神经痛的对比分析

【摘要】 目的探讨三叉神经痛给予微血管减压术、药物治疗的对比分析。方法选取湖南省衡阳市中心医院2005年2月～2011年2月收治的78例三叉神经痛患者,按入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组各39例,其中观察组采用微血管减压术治疗,对照组采用常规保守治疗,对两组患者的治疗情况进行跟踪观察。结果两组患者病情均得到了一定程度的改善。观察组临床治疗有效率92.9%,明显优于对照组77.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6～36个月,观察组未见复发,术后1例因并发脑脊液漏而切口延迟愈合,1例眩晕,对症治疗后缓解,2例术后有轻微面部麻木感,半年后自然缓解;对照组3例出现嗜睡、恶心、呕吐、眩晕等症,1例发生药疹,2例齿龈增生,1例共济失调。症状均不严重,减量或停药消除。两组不良反应比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论在治疗三叉神经痛疾病时,采用微血管减压术治疗的效果要显著优于传统药物治疗,对于患者病情的改善帮助较大,值得在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the trigeminal neuralgia give microvascular decompression, drug treatment of comparative analysis. Methods Select from February 2005 to February 2011 of 78 cases of trigeminal neuralgia treated patients, according to the order of hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, including the 39 cases observation group using microvascular decompression with conventional treatment group, conservative treatment, the two groups of patients, the treatment for tracking. Results Two groups of patients condition were given a certain degree of improvement. To observe the clinical treatment group was better than control was 92.9% 77.8%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Were followed up for 6 ~ 36 months, the observation group without recurrence, 1 case of postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage for concurrent and incision healing of delay, and 1 case vertigo, symptomatic relief after treatment, 2 cases with mild postoperative facial numbness, after half year natural ease; Control group 3 cases appear sleepiness, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and disease, 1 case of drug eruption, 2 cases of gingiva hyperplasia, 1 case discoordination. Symptoms are not serious, reduction or withdrawal eliminate. Two groups of adverse reaction is no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by disease, microvascular decompression treatment effect is better than by traditional drug treatment, improve greatly, it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
