手枪弹对骨骼间接作用的数值模拟及致伤力学响应研究

【摘要】 为了研究枪弹对骨骼间接作用的力学响应,以明胶和骨骼组成的复合靶标为对象,利用断层扫描CT图片,分别通过Mimics和Hypermesh软件建立骨骼有限元模型。通过非线性数值计算,模拟了9mm手枪弹侵彻复合靶标的整个动态过程;获得骨骼上某些典型位置处的应力响应曲线。数值仿真结果与真实实验吻合情况良好,验证了计算模型和计算方法的正确性。计算结果表明:骨骼所承受的应力是空腔膨胀和应力波共同作用的结果,但主要是应力波作用的结果;当骨距弹道的距离大于2cm时,9mm手枪弹不会对骨骼造成间接骨折。数值仿真方法可为研究枪弹对骨骼作用提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Regarding the composite target composed of gelatin and bone as the object,the FEA models were established by Mimics and Hypermesh to study the mechanical responses of indirect effect of bullet on bone based on the images from CT scans.The dynamic process of 9 mm bullet penetrating into the composite target was simulated using nonlinear calculation,and the Von Mises stress response in some places of the bone were obtained.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which verify the validity of the computation models and algorithm.The numerical results show that the stress on the bone is caused by both the cavity expansion and the pressure wave,and the pressure wave is the main reason.The bone will not be fractured if the distance between the bone and trajectory is longer than 2 cm.Numerical simulation offers a scientific reference for studying the effect of bullet on bone.
