二氧化钛自清洁涂层的研究现状与评述
Research status quo and review of TiO2-based self-cleaning coatings
【摘要】 TiO2自清洁涂层通过分解有机污染物及表面光致超亲水化实现自清洁功能,在建筑、交通、新能源等行业具有重要的应用前景。TiO2自清洁涂层可以分为两类:一类为无机TiO2涂层,另一类为TiO2基纳米复合涂层。本文评述了这两类涂层的制备方法进展、发展方向和应用现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了相关的发展建议:开发适合于高致密漆膜表面的纳米TiO2自清洁涂饰剂,以扩大其应用领域;开展纳米TiO2自清洁涂饰剂的差异化开发与实际应用研究,以实现自清洁涂饰剂的多样化和配套化。
【Abstract】 TiO2-based self-cleaning coatings have the ability to remove the pollutants on their surfaces due to photo-induced catalytic decomposition of organic pollutants and photo-induced supra-hydrophilic surface, which present an important application prospect in industries of building, traffic, and new energy source. They can be divided into two categories: inorganic TiO2 coatings and TiO2-based nanocomposite coatings. In this paper, the preparation method, development trend, and application status of both TiO2-based self-cleaning coatings were systematically reviewed, and the existing problems were analyzed. It is proposed that the development of nano-TiO2 self-cleaning coating agent suitable for high density film surface can extend the application field, and the diversity development and its practical application research help to achieve diversification and matching of the self-cleaning coating agent.
