太阳能集热器内表面电镀防护镍层的研究
A Study of Electroplating Protective Ni Coating on Solar Energy Collector Inner Surface
【摘要】 鉴于镀镍层所展现出的良好防护效果,尝试在太阳能集热器内表面镀镍,以减轻受热水腐蚀的程度。考察了镀镍层的结合强度、微观形貌和耐蚀性,并探讨了其应用的可行性。结果表明:在较小电流密度和较低温度下电镀的镍层结合牢靠、表面较平整、耐蚀性较优,符合应用要求;而在较大电流密度和较高温度下电镀的镍层的结合强度、形貌质量和耐蚀性均不理想,难获预期应用成效。
【Abstract】 Owing to its excellent protection effect,nickel coating was electrodeposited on the inner surface of solar energy collector to alleviate the corrosion caused by hot water.The bonding strength,micro-morphology and corrosion resistance of nickel coating was investigated,and the feasibility of the application was also explored.The results show that the nickel coating electroplated at lower current density and lower bath temperature has a high bonding strength,smoother surface and better corrosion resistance,meeting the application requirements.However,the coating electroplated at higher current density and higher bath temperature is not desirable in bonding strength,morphology and corrosion resistance,so hard to obtain the expected application results.
