塔式太阳能热发电站故障诊断专家系统的研究
Research on Fault Diagnosis Expert System of Solar Tower Power Plant
【摘要】 为了确保塔式太阳能热发电系统的稳定运行,减少电站事故的发生,缩短故障后的处理时间,使用VisualC++和CLIPS开发了塔式太阳能热发电站故障诊断专家系统。结合塔式太阳能热发电系统征兆和故障的特点,提出了采用基于规则的模糊专家系统对其进行诊断。该专家系统通过检测现场数据及参数库,得出故障初始征兆,然后结合规则库中的知识,通过模糊推理机制,诊断出可能出现的故障。诊断结论用故障的可信度和趋势图来表示。利用ACESS数据库对故障情况进行了模拟,诊断实例验证了该系统的可行性和正确性。
【Abstract】 In order to ensure stable operation and decrease malfunction and shorten handing time after failure in solar tower power plant,a fault diagnosis expert system developed by Visual C++ and CLIPS is designed.Making use of the characteristics of sign and fault in solar tower power plant,the paper introduces a fuzzy expert system based on the rules to realize fault diagnosis,and elicits a fault initial sign by monitoring field data and parameter base.Then the fault is diagnosed by sign knowledge base and fuzzy reasoning mechanism.The diagnostic result is showed by fault reliability and tendency chart when the fault is simulated by ACCESS database.In the end the diagnostic examples prove the feasibility and correctness of the system.
