830KN直流盘形悬式玻璃绝缘子研制

【摘要】 研制了830 kN直流输电线路用盘形悬式玻璃绝缘子。研制中调整了配方中的K2O、Na2O配比,从而提高产品的体积电阻;产品外形采用专利伞形;产品用铁帽和钢脚分别装设锌环和锌套,防止电解腐蚀。绝缘子的钢化玻璃件经3次热冷冲击后,逐只进行玻璃均质热处理(剔除NiS杂质)和内水压试验,以减少绝缘子运行中的自破。研制的产品的机械破坏负荷和残余机械强度的裕度较大,能满足830 kN直流产品的技术要求。

【Abstract】 The 830 kN glass insulator of cap and pin type used in HVDC transmission lines were developed. The proportioning of K2O and Na2O to improve the volume resistance of the product were adjusted against conventional material. The patent umbrella was used in the product structure. Zinc link and zinc sleeve were used in the cap and the pin respectively to prevent corona anti-corrosive. After trice hot and cold shocking, the toughened glass shell has been test one by one of homogenous heat-treatment and internal hydraulic pressure, which to decrease the self-broken rate when running in the lines. The product has large margin of mechanical failing load and residual strength, which can fully satisfy the technical requirements.
