【摘要】 目的观察自动痔上黏膜套扎术(RPH)结合外剥内扎术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔的疗效。方法回顾性总结自动痔上黏膜套扎术(RPH)结合外剥内扎术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔80例,分析手术方法、疗效、术后并发症情况。结果治疗80例住院患者,术后并发尿潴留2例,肛缘水肿3例,无一例出现肛门狭窄、感觉性大便失禁、痔核脱出,总有效率100%。胶圈脱落时间3~15d,平均8天d。结论自动痔上黏膜套扎术(RPH)结合外剥内扎术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔安全有效,操作简便,具有痛苦小、并发症少、见效快、费用少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The objective of this study is to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of RPH performed with peeling outside and ligation inside for second,third and fourth degree of combined hemorrhoid.Methods 80 consecutive patients,who had the particular preoperative symptoms,were given the combined surgical therapy.The surgical techniques,therapeutic efficacy and post-surgical complications were analyzed.Results Among the results of surgical treatment of the 80 patients,no post-surgical complications such as archostenosis,sensory fecal incontinence,and prolapsed of hemorrhoids were found.The total improvement rate was 100%.Rubber rings fell off in-between 3-15 days post-operatively,which was on an average of 8 days.Conclusion The results show that this combined therapy is a remarkably effective,simple and harmless surgical procedure used for the treatment of combined hemorrhoids in different degrees,as an alternative to medical therapy or surgery,also it leads to rare complications and low cost.更多还原
