【摘要】 目的观察推移皮瓣加药捻式半管引流治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选择60例肛瘘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用推移皮瓣加药捻式半管引流治疗,对照组采用低切高挂治疗。观察两组临床疗效、治愈时间、术后并发症及术前、术后肛门功能等情况。结果治疗组在减少术后疼痛及肛门功能保护等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论推移皮瓣加药捻式半管引流治疗肛瘘,痛苦小,并可保护肛门功能,是较理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Skin flap advanced and semi-drainage by medicated thread in the treatment of anal fistula.Methods 60 patients with anal fistula were randomly allocated into two groups:treatment group had 30 cases and control group also had 30 cases.Treatment group was treated with Skin flap advanced and semi-drainage by medicated thread,control group was treated with low cutting and high thread drawing.The clinical efficacy,healing time of anal fistula,postoperative complication,Preoperative anal function and postoperative anal function were observed in the two groups.Results Treatment group had better effects than control group in the postoperative pain and functional protection of anal(P <0.05).Conclusion This therapy is an ideal method in the treatment of anal fistula.更多还原
