【摘要】 校园伤害事故的频频发生,对学生的人身权益以及学校教育事业的发展构成了双重威胁。责任认定是校园伤害事故的关键性问题,而校园伤害事故的内涵界定、学校与学生之间的法律关系以及归责原则又是校园伤害事故责任认定的几个关键性问题。对这些关键性问题的法理论析有利于澄清认识、化解纷争,走出责任认定上的法律困境,最终有效遏制校园伤害事故的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The injury accidents of campus occurred frequently,which caused a double threat on students’ personal interests and the schooling development.Responsibility identified is the key problem in campus injury accidents,and the several key issues of responsibility identified are:the connotation of campus injury accidents,the legal relationships between schools and students and the liability principle.The legal analysis on the key issues is beneficial to clarify understanding and resolve disputes,go out of the legal difficulties of responsibility determination,prevent effectively the happening of campus injury accidents.更多还原
