【摘要】 探究高等教育制度伦理旨在科学认识高等教育制度之善。我国高等教育制度伦理的多元维度体现在历史、现实、未来的制度伦理的变迁历程中:改革开放前的集权体现高等教育制度的行政伦理、依附政治体现出工具善;改革开放后的简政放权体现我国高等教育制度的行政伦理、效率遵循市场伦理;未来我国高等教育制度的自由是目的善、民主体现行政伦理、公正彰显社会伦理。通过对我国高等教育制度伦理的拷问,弘扬失去的大学精神,提升高等教育制度的效能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exploring the institutional ethics of higher education is aimed at a scientific understanding of the goodness of higher education systems.From the perspective of the past,the present and the future institutional changes,this paper analyzes the multiple dimensions of institutional ethics in China’ s higher education—centralization reflects the administrative ethics of China’ s higher education institutions before the reform and opening up,and attachment to politics expresses the goodness of tools;decentralization embodies the administrative ethics of China’ s higher education institutions after the reform and opening up,and efficiency follows the market ethics;and in the future the freedom of China’ s higher education institutions is the goodness of purpose,democracy reflects the future administrative ethics,and justice highlights the social ethics.By questioning institutional ethics in China’ s higher education,the lost spirit of university might be regained and the effectiveness of higher education systems might be enhanced.更多还原
