【摘要】 为准确掌握土地利用变化情况,保持第二次全国土地调查成果的现势性,每年底需进行年度土地变更调查工作,更新土地调查数据库。近年来,各类标准的更新,3S技术的广泛应用,使土地变更调查的操作更趋数字化、成果更趋多元化,迅速变革的同时也暴露出问题的存在。本文结合宁夏2011年土地变更调查工作,介绍了土地变更调查的工作流程及其关键环节,阐述了土地变更调查的发展历程和"二调"后土地变更调查的新变化,在分析土地变更调查存在问题的基础上提出相应对策建议,为今后土地变更调查工作的开展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 For mastering the change of land use accurately,keeping the achievement of the second national land survey updated timely,there should be a new round of land change survey in a new year which based on the second national land survey achievements and last year’s land use change survey results,to update the land survey database. Since the second national land survey start from 2007,The Current Land Use Classification GB / T21010-2007 updated. As a tool,3S technology has widely used that make land use change survey more digital and the results more diverse,ensure the change survey results updated timely and accuracy,and ensure that the government master the land use present situation in time. This paper introduces the purposes,the working processes and the key links of land use change survey,expounds the development course of land change survey and the new changes of land change survey since the second national land survey. Based on Ningxia land change survey in 2011,this paper analysis on the existing problems of land change survey and put forward countermeasures accordingly based on these problems.更多还原
