【Abstract】 With the rising of retail sales in B2C E-commerce enterprises,logistics has been a "short board". To add the extra services,establishing self-run logistics system becomes the focus of the trade competition. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of 4 self-run logistics modes in decision matrix qualitative which is built by a model that the selection of self-run logistics in B2C E-commerce enterprises,then proposes the establishment of supply chain integration and ABC management through the trend of self-run logistics cost,in order to improve the logistics management in E-commerce enterprises.更多还原
