中、美、日上市公司高管薪酬激励现状及比较
The Current Situation and Comparison of the Listed Companies’CEO Compensation Incentive of China, USA and Japan
【摘要】 相对于国内上市公司,美、日等发达国家上市公司所处的市场环境及其本身运作都较为完善与成熟,具有较为规范的市场化特征。我国上市公司要实现这一目标,就必须对国外成熟管理经验进行充分了解,通过对比找出我国企业管理中的问题,再立足于我国的实际情况,对其进行消化吸收。。
【Abstract】 Compared with the domestic listed companies,the market environment and their own operations of the listed companies in the United States,Japan and other developed countries are more mature and better and have a relatively standardized market features.In order to achieve this goal,our listed companies must fully understand the mature management experience and then find the problems existing in our enterprise management by comparison and finally absorb them basing on the actual situations.
