【摘要】 目的:了解长治地区住院患者ABO及Rh血型分布情况,为本地区储血点的合理库存和安全用血提供数据。方法:应用微柱凝胶法检测输血患者红细胞A、B、D、C、E抗原。结果:ABO血型分布为B>O>A>AB,分别占32.88%、32.54%、25.11%和9.48%;Rh血型中D、C、E抗原表型阳性数分别为99.36%、88.31%和49.87%。结论:对于本地区用血量较大的医院B、O、A、AB可按3∶3∶3∶1的比例储血,另外增加D、C、E抗原检测,可提高输血的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the distribution of ABO blood group system and Rh blood group system in order to balance the blood store of hospital and ensure clinical use of blood.Methods:By microcolumn gel card detect transfusion patients’ A、B、D、C、E antigen,the final blood type resultes were analyzed.Results:The distribution of ABO blood group is B>O>A>AB;The percentage was 33.88% for group B,32.54% for group O,25.11% for group A and 9.48% for group AB respectively.Whereas D antigen 99.36%、C antigen 88.31%、E antigen 49.87% for blood group Rh.Conclusion:For department of blood transfusion in changzhi region,blood type for B、O、A、AB can store with 3∶3∶3∶1;in addition detecting C and E antigen can increase the safety of clinical blood transfusion.更多还原
