【Abstract】 The problems of students management in higher vocational colleges include the lack of effectiveness,integrity and humanistic concern. There are many factors for these problems. Therefore,the management of vocational college students should adhere to the people-oriented thinking to strengthen the student service function; establish the scientific evaluation mechanism to explore the effective ways of student management; set up a comprehensive education mechanism based on the overall effect; and focus on cultural education to expand students’ management ways.更多还原
