【摘要】 合理的利益分配机制是Partnering模式成功实施的关键要素之一。论文基于Shapley算法,对我国实施Partne-ring模式的建筑企业间的利益分配模型进行了深入研究。并进一步对该模型进行了优化和改进,在原始分配模型基础上补充进风险和难度等影响因素,使该利益分配模型更加公平合理。论文还给出算例以证明该模型的科学性,对建筑业的管理实践具有一定的理论指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reasonable profit distribution mechanism is the key to implement partnering management successfully.Based on Shapley’s Algorithm,the authors studied the profit distribution model among construction enterprises which carry partnering model.By adding factors such as risk and difficulty,the original distribution model is optimized.The distribution model is further fair and reasonable.Finally,to prove the conclusions,an example of using the improved model is given.更多还原
