基于M型超声信号的心动周期自动检测
Automatic Checking of Cardiac Cycle based on M-mode Ultrasonic Signal
【摘要】 M型超声波主要用于临床上心脏疾病的诊断,依据心肌的声学以及弹性特征,是一种无创性的诊断技术。本文提出了一种新的方法来自动判定心动周期。利用超声脉冲多普勒信号,对不同时刻的心脏振动进行相关性分析,找到两组一一对应的连续时点数列,从而判断出心脏运动的周期。本文最后进行了临床超声波数据的实验,并和医生的手动方法相比较。结果表明本文提出的检测方法达到了临床检测的效果,在心脏疾病的超声波诊断研究方面具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 M-mode ultrasonic is mainly used in clinics based on the acoustic and elastic characteristics of the heart muscle.It’s a noninvasive diagnosis of heart disease.In this paper,we propose a new method of automatically extracting a cardiac cycle.The correlation analysis was carried out on the cardiac vibration of different time by means of ultrasonic pulsed Doppler signal.Then Find two sets of one-to-one continuous timing sequence to determine the cycle of the heart.The result of experiment shows that this new method achieves a detection performance comparable to manual tracing achieved by physicians.New method offers potential for research in acoustical diagnosis of heart disease.
