复杂滑移线场的三种理论求解方法及其应用
Three Solving Processes for Construction of the Complex Slip-lines Fields and Their Application
【摘要】 系统介绍了构建复杂滑移线场的三种理论求解方法(数值积分法、解析计算法和矩阵算子法),并以有心扇形场为例,介绍了用三种求解方法构建复杂滑移线场的具体计算方法和解题步骤,同时将三种计算方法求解的结果进行比较,证明这些方法的计算精度均很理想,可以作为滑移线法模拟金属成形过程的有效手段。
【Abstract】 Three theoretical solving processes for the construction of the complex slip-lines fields such as numerical,analytical and matrix-operator methods are presented in this paper. And with the centered-fan field as an example,the specifics and steps in solving processes are systematically discussed and compared.The calculation show s that result of above three methods proffers a good approximation and they can be used as effective means to simulating the metal formation by slip-lines methods.
