【摘要】 以生产许可证制度范畴内的工业产品为研究对象,结合国家质量监督抽查数据,阐述了即使是获得生产许可证企业其产品质量安全也未必全部合格。应用风险管理理论与方法,分析了工业产品可能存在的风险要素,提出了风险评估标准,划分了风险等级,应用专家打分法进行了风险衡量,对工业产品风险进行了综合评判。以水泥和橡胶制品为例介绍了该方法的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking licensed industrial products as the object of this study,this paper explains products may not be qualified even if acquiring licenses,combining data of national quality supervision selective examination.Then using the theory and method of risk management,itanalyses risk elements,puts forward risk assessment criteria,divides risk grades,conducts risk measurement by using expert scoring method,and carries outcomprehensive evaluation on industrial products.At last,it introduces the application of this method on cement.更多还原
