单交制种专用家蚕品种浙凤一号的选育
Breeding of Bombyx mori Variety Zhefeng No. 1 Specially for Eggs Production by Single Crossing
【摘要】 利用无性克隆及定向选择技术育成高孵化率雌蚕无性克隆系雌29,通过导入限性标记基因及回交改良方法育成家蚕限性卵色系卵36。用雌29和卵36生产一代杂交种可免去雌雄蛹鉴别工序,显著提高制种效率和杂交率,公斤茧制种量比对照品种秋丰×白玉提高32.83%。2013年这对可单交制种的家蚕品种通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定,定名为浙凤一号。新品种具有孵化、眠起、上蔟齐一,蚕体和茧形大的特点,而且茧丝质性状优良:万蚕产茧量、万蚕产茧层量、5龄1日万蚕产茧层量分别比对照品种秋丰×白玉提高6.82%、9.60%、6.20%;茧丝长1 217 m,解舒丝长874 m,洁净95.88分,出丝率16.24%,均高于对照品种。
【Abstract】 In this study,a female silkworm parthenogenetic line Female-29 with high hatching rate was bred by employing parthenogenetic cloning and directional selection techniques and a silkworm egg color sex-limited line Egg-36 was bred through introducing sex-limited marker genes and backcross improvement. F1hybrid silkworm eggs production using Female-29 and Egg-36 was exempted from manual sorting of female and male pupae. Therefore,the efficiency of eggs production and rate of hybridization were significantly improved. The quantity of silkworm eggs produced from per kilogram cocoons of Female-29 × Egg-36 was 32. 83% higher than that of the control variety Qiufeng × Baiyu. This pair of silkworm varieties which is capable of eggs production by single crossing had been approved by the Agricultural Crop Variety Evaluation Committee of Zhejiang Province in 2013 and named Zhefeng No. 1. This new variety was uniform in hatching,molting and mounting. Its larvae and cocoons were of big size. Its cocoon filament was of excellent quality: cocoon weight per 10000 larvae,cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae,cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae at day 1 of the 5th instar was6. 82%,9. 60% and 6. 20% higher than that of the control variety Qiufeng × Baiyu,respectively. Its cocoon filament length was 1 217 m,non-broken cocoon filament length was 874 m,neatness was 95. 88 points,and raw silk rate was16. 24%,all being superior to those of the control variety.
