【摘要】 全球价值链的治理是影响产业和企业升级的关键因素。基于对全球价值链治理模式及其决定变量的剖析,探索了标准化、技术发展与创新、供应商与采购商之间的关系和政策四方面因素对全球价值链治理模式决定变量的作用。研究发现:(1)随着标准化程度的提高,交易的复杂性降低,交易的可编码性提高,供应商能力增强;(2)技术的发展与创新将降低交易的复杂性,提高交易的可编码性及增强供应商能力;(3)在标准化程度较高的产业中,强化供应商与采购商之间的关系,交易的复杂性降低,供应商能力降低;在标准化程度较低的产业中,强化供应商与采购商之间的关系,交易的复杂性降低,供应商能力提高;(4)政策因素对决定变量的作用要视具体情况而定。运用上述研究成果,文章对全球自行车产业和纺织产业的价值链治理模式的演进进行了实证检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The governance of global value chains serves as a pivotal factor in regards of upgrading of industries and enterprises.By analyzing the process and factors influencing governance of GVC,this paper studies the following 4 factors relating to GVC governance: standardization,technology development and innovation,relationship between suppliers and procurers,and government policies.The research findings are: the more standardized,the less complicated the transaction becomes;the easier the transaction codification is,and the more capacities the suppliers have.Then,the technology development and innovation will decrease the transaction complexity,and improve the transaction codification and suppliers’ capabilities.Third,for the industry with higher standardization,if the relationship between suppliers and procurers is intensified,the transaction complexity will be reduced,whereas the supplier has less power;and for the industry with lower standardization,if the relationship between suppliers and procurers is intensified,the transaction complexity will be reduced,whereas the supplier has more power.Forth,different policies have different impacts on the market.Therefore,the policy impacts on the determinable variables are context-reliable and shall be treated case by case.The paper concludes,by applying the research findings,with a case study of the GVC patterns evolution of the global bicycle industry and textile industry.更多还原
